Case Study

We rethought the space so as to promote a more efficient, autonomous and intuitive service. We also redefined the user’s experience (costumers, staff and registrars) in front office as well as back office. We aligned the new brand & name with the new service model, applicable to all the stores in Portugal.

Our guideline: the IRN experience should be uncomplicated and intuitive in the routes, processes and information acquisition. Everybody should know what to do, how to do it and where. Above all, notary affairs should be a service that ensures problem solving, so the concept A Hassle-Free Moment is pervasive to all the Registo space: in the service, attendance areas and in the IRN communication.
