Auchan challenged us to rethink their new headquarters!

Together with all the people who now use the space, we developed a fit out project for the offices and a change management plan for 476 employees

The fit out project included the construction of work areas with fixed and flexible posts, formal and informal meeting areas, training and recruitment areas, cafeteria, pantries and coffee corners, indoor and outdoor auditoriums, hall and reception, patios and rooftop, health area and gym, archives and parking.

The change management project included a communication plan and a physical change plan.

All this in a 7 500sqm space in Paço de Arcos.
