In children’s worlds, cabins are spaces of refuge, imagination, and discovery. Places to play, build, and experiment at the scale of their bodies and curiosity.
As part of the traveling exhibition Cabane Cité, by Universcience, TOYNO designed three structures selected to join a set of twenty cabins in the exhibition, created for children aged 2 to 10 to explore freely in a safe environment.
The project evolved through workshops, prototyping, and user testing, resulting in accessible and intuitive spaces that stimulate autonomy, imagination, and experimentation through play.
