Sovena challenged us to rethink the visitor experience at Lagar do Marmelo with a clear goal: to bring the Oliveira da Serra and Andorinha brands closer to consumers and share, in an engaging way, how olive oil is produced.
We started with an essential question: how is olive oil born? From there, we developed a guided tour that reveals the production process while highlighting the quality, innovation, and efficiency that define the mill’s facilities.
The experience takes shape through activities in which visitors are invited to discover the brands’ history, explore the qualities of olives, recognize organoleptic properties, and even create and take home their own olive oil blend.
Lagar do Marmelo has been transformed into a space for learning, engagement, and appreciation of olive oil, an experience that strengthens the connection between production, brand, and consumer.
