Sustainable food is an everyday topic with global impact. The choices we make at the table influence health, the environment, the economy, and the way food is produced and distributed.

From this perspective, TOYNO developed a traveling exhibition on sustainable food for the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, designed to circulate through schools. The exhibition brings together 25 topics organized into five interconnected axes, making visible the relationships between production, consumption, and the impact of food choices. Its lightweight, modular design translates complex content into accessible information, adaptable to different educational contexts.
