This project aimed to create an engaging experience to present Sovena’s new vision and identity. The process began with a cross-organizational analysis involving different spaces and departments, as well as interviews with employees to understand the internal perception of the brand. Based on this research, we conceived the Sovena Laboratory, a space for creation and experimentation with an exhibition-style approach that explains the company’s different products and areas of activity.
The experience also included testimonials from stakeholders, who shared the impact of the new vision on both a personal and professional level, reinforcing the human dimension of the brand’s transformation.
The result was a personalized and immersive experience that enabled everyone to embrace Sovena’s new vision and take on an active role as brand ambassadors.
